Adminstrative Management

Files and Records

  • Maintain association files for contracts, owner communications, public agency filings, and financial information
  • Make association books and records available for inspection by any owner
  • Maintain all association records and files

Correspondence

  • Prepare correspondence between the Board and owners, contractors, agents, and government agencies
  • Maintain files for all such correspondence

Insurance Administration

  • Assist the Board in establishing specifications for association insurance and obtain and evaluate competitive bids
  • Assist the Board in adjusting claims submitted under association insurance and obtain and evaluate competitive bids
  • Transmit reports to the Board related to accidents, fires, or other claims

Policy Development

  • Advise the Board on legislation, insurance, financial practices, court decisions, tax filings, etc., pertaining to community associations 
  • Assist the Board in complying with administrative and policy matters
  • Offer advice and direction to the Board regarding administrative processes and responsibilities

Professional Services Coordination

  • Assist the Board in selecting professionals to do special projects like engineering, law and public accounting
  • Assist consultants retained by the Association

Meeting Participation

  • Assist the Board in scheduling and preparing for annual meetings
  • Attend Board and association membership meetings
