Property Management

Supervise the maintenance and repair of the common areas of associations' property including:

Property Inspections and Maintenance

  • Diagnose maintenance issues and manage repairs
  • Perform building, equipment and landscape inspections and take corrective action on violations
  • Report inspection results to the Board

Service Request Processing

  • Receive and record service requests from owners for maintenance and repairs of common property
  • Issue and retain records of repair work orders 
  • Ensure maintenance and repair work is done timely to ensure beautiful communities 

Purchasing and Contracting

  • Establish purchasing procedures and supply sources 
  • Purchase materials with Board approval 
  • Establish bid specifications for contract services and evaluate competitive bids
  • Assist the Board in contract negotiations, supervise, inspect and report on the work
  • Obtain certificates of insurance coverage from contractors
  • Establish security procedures

Emergency Maintenance Service

  • Provide 24-hour emergency support 

Personnel
